Meet Amanda
Hi, I'm Amanda — a bookkeeper who believes good stewardship starts with clean books.
I've always loved helping people, and somewhere along the way, I discovered I also had a love for numbers.
As a teenager, I was the girl sitting in the restaurant breakroom on payday, writing out my budget on napkins and server pads. My boss thought it was hilarious, but I genuinely enjoyed figuring out where my money was going, planning ahead, and making the numbers work.
Little did I know, God was already putting pieces together that would eventually lead me to bookkeeping.
I started my banking career at just 20 years old, driven by a desire to help people with their finances. Over the next 18+ years, I built a career in banking management, eventually becoming an Accounting Department Manager at a local community credit union. I spent over two years in that role, overseeing accounting operations and gaining valuable experience that I bring to my clients today.
Alongside my banking career, I also spent nearly 10 years helping friends, family, freelancers, and small business owners manage their books. What started as helping people I knew became something I genuinely enjoyed, bringing organization to their finances and helping them better understand their numbers.

When my second child was about a year and a half old, God led me to step away from my career to be more present with my family. A little over a year later, He opened the door for me to start Rayburn Bookkeeping LLC, allowing me to continue doing work I love while being there for my family.
As I've continued building my business, God has placed a new calling on my heart: serving Christian women business owners. My desire is to support women who are building businesses with faith and purpose by providing dependable bookkeeping rooted in integrity, genuine care, and good financial stewardship.
I know how much heart, time, and effort goes into building a business. That's why, to me, bookkeeping is about more than keeping numbers organized. It's about helping protect the financial side of something you've worked so hard to build, taking away some of the overwhelm, and giving you the clarity to move forward with confidence.
